We are currently experiencing an unprecedented global emergency. Our care home is currently enforcing LOCKDOWN. No outside visitation until further notice .

This is in line with government guidance and our care home policy of protecting our residents and staff.

In line with Government and Public Health England guidelines, we would politely ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) or have been in contact with anyone who may have contracted it, that you please DO NOT VISIT OR ENTER OUR CARE-HOME.

As the COVID-19 situation develops, we wanted to share with you some of the proactive steps we’re taking to ensure our residents and team members safety.

OUR ENHANCED SAFTEY MEASURES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Upgraded cleaning schedules and frequency of cleaning.
  • Increased availability of hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial soaps for our team and residents.
  • All points of contact, such as door handles, activities and surfaces etc are cleaned regularly.
  • Team members wash their hands before and after resident contact as per our health and hygine standard.
  • No outside visitation unit further notice
  • Any staff experiencing COVID-19 symptoms are asked to self isolate for 14 days.
  • No staff with symptoms are allowed to work without a negative COVID test.
  • No outside activities will be run at this time. All residential activities will be run by internal staff or management.
