Our aim is simple: to provide an outstanding, well led, caring and safe environment for our residents to enjoy. With this in mind we ensure each person is cared for in a manner to promote as much independence as possible with the appropriate support measures in place.

Qualified residential carers specialised in dementia are on duty 24 hours a day and each member of our dedicated , caring team benefit from their own ongoing training programme that exceeds the current Care Quality Commission standards. All staff are carefully selected and we will only recruit those who demonstrate the skills and commitment necessary to meet the needs of our residents in a friendly courteous manner .

Our team is responsible for agreeing and implementing care plans , tailored to individual needs and the Registered Manager and senior staff  are always available to discuss personal requirements , adjust care plans or to answer any questions.

Wraysbury House consists of a Registered Manger, a Deputy Manager, A Financial Administrator and Qualified Carers and Senior Qualified carers. They work alongside our Chefs and Cooking assistants, Custodial laundry and janitorial Services and Building Maintenance Staff. The home has over 30 members of staff and maintains a good number of staff on rota at the home at all times.

The home uses advanced care planning software to assist the carers make appropriate safe and timely decisions to best the aid the residents wellbeing, as well as online training tools and updates to keep them abreast of ever changing medications and techniques.  The home also benefits from closed circuit television in communal areas to assist with the responsiveness of carers.
